Job Context

This is a permanent job based in Dhaka with a 3 month probation period. After 3 months based on experience and skill, either applicant will be permanent with a salary increment or discontinue the probation period.

Currently, we are looking for Software Engineer (Flutter Development-Mid level) who shall be responsible for the following –

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
• Communicating with product and engineering leads to implementing business and project objectives.
• Code review of team members’ commits as part of CI/CD cycle.
• Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle
• Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.
• Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high quality responsive UI code.
• Explore possible architectures for implementing new features.
• Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
• Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures.
• Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
• Assist in the preparation and production of releases of software components

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or Engineering / Masters of Science (MSc)
• Tools Required: Dart, Flutter, iOS, Android, Git, Webpack

Experience Requirements

• Has 3-4 years of working experience in web development, building data-centric applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Expert proficiency in flutter for android and iOS
• Strong foundations in the principle of visual display of information.
• Strong knowledge in the architecture and implementation of Android or iOS Applications.
• Experience working with popular libraries for networking, asynchronous, image loading, etc.
• Action oriented & excellent analytical and creative thinking
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body/Banks
