Doptor is the application of information and communication technology (ICT) for delivering government services, exchange of information, communication transactions, integration of various stand-alone systems. Doptor platform is to establish a Single Service Delivery Ecosystem with Single Point of Access for the government officials, the non- functional objective of this project is to ensure accessibility, sustainability, scalability, reliability, interoperability, reusability of the government services, and bring satisfaction to government officials only.

  • Provide the principle, standard, guideline and platform for government eservices through single service delivery point.

  • Assist to make the government eService easier, quicker, less time and effort consuming for the beneficiaries and the facilitators.

Through which it is possible to prepare, send and receive reports of all ministries, offices/departments, divisions, districts, upazilas, unions. The generated report is automatically compiled and sent to the higher office. Using the system will increase government efficiency, save time, reduce costs and reduce complexity. The system’s dashboard will help decision-making at the highest level of government.  The system is currently used in 64 District Commissioner Offices, 8 Divisional Commissioner Offices, and two Ministry-Cabinet Division and Ministry of Land offices.
