Doptor is the application of information and communication technology (ICT) for delivering
government services, exchange of information, communication transactions, integration of various
stand-alone systems. Doptor platform is to establish a Single Service Delivery Ecosystem with
Single Point of Access for the government officials, the non- functional objective of this
project is to ensure accessibility, sustainability, scalability, reliability, interoperability,
reusability of the government services, and bring satisfaction to government officials only.
Key Characteristics
- Provide the principle, standard, guideline and platform for government eservices through
single service delivery point.
- Assist to make the government eService easier, quicker, less time and effort consuming for
the beneficiaries and the facilitators.
- Reduce the duplicity in an eService development component by reusing the common parts of the
eService though centralizing them with the help of a Digital Service Bus
